Health Empowerment
Programing dedicated to support families and individuals to better advocate for their health. The Health Empowerment team provides the community with resources and materials that we developed in-house based on research and up-to-date information.

Health Liaison Support
Through this program, we assist patients in navigating the health care system, educating them about specialty appointments and follow-up needs, troubleshooting barriers to care, and coordinating assistance from and linking patients to community support services as applicable.
Clínica de Vacunas
Vaccine Clinics
La Casita Center hosts several vaccine clinics in collaboration with partners throughout the year in-house and during mobile clinics around the city. These campaigns are designed with the community in mind, offering culturally relevant services in the language of preference. This program usually offers, COVID-19 vaccines throughout the year, Flu vaccines during the winter season, and Back to School Vaccines during the summer.
